Clayton arrived on time, providing a courtesy call 15 mins before his arrival. Clayton clearly explained the requirements of the job and talked through the problem solving necessary. Called Precise Plumbing with a toilet issue. They were fantastic. Clayton did an amazing job. It looks really great. I’m so glad to be rid of the old toilet. Never thought I’d be so thrilled about a new toilet 😂

Dailan came out to quote some electrical work I needed doing. He was very helpful with suggestions for what would work best for me. He left to pick up what was needed and returned promptly half hour later and with the help of Tom installed new ceiling lights, sensor Light and a fan as well as fixing some broken light switches. All done in less than three hours. Wonderful Service, top blokes. Thanks Dailan. I’ll be passing your names on to family and friends. Very happy.

Had a really great experience with Alex helping us out with our rainwater tank and toilet issues. Gave us great advice and did a very professional and efficient job. The days between Christmas and New Years can be a bit hectic but Alex did solid work and came up with good recommendations for future work. Looking forward to getting Precise back in to do more work with our house.

Mitchell found the issue and clearly explained the situation and the consequences. He photographed the problem areas and they were instrumental in informing the air conditioning technicians of the issue. Great service!

HUGE thank you to Phil and Nick for coming around so quickly, figuring out the issue and fixing it on the same day. They talked me through the options (with photos, which I found very useful), and answered all my questions - the process couldn't have been smoother or more painless, and really made a frustrating situation simple! I can't them them enough!

A big shout out to Clayton for a very friendly and professional job replacing our Bosch water heater with a Rinnai unit. The final product was neat, tidy and clean. This is the second time we've used Precise Plumbing couldn't be happier with their work and will continue to use them as needed in the future. Excellent job Clayton.

It can be a challenge to find tradies leading up to Christmas; however, Dan sorted out a prompt re-connection of power following on from our renovations. We had a bunch of other electrical work done by Dailan and Lachy which was all done on time to a high standard.

Contacted Precise for an issue with a gas instant hot water system.They responded promptly with good communication and Clayton was very helpful.Although the issue ended up being a fault that self rectified, Clayton was thorough and had good advice for next steps should the fault return. Thanks for your prompt service!

This the first time we have used Precise Plumbing. We had sewer pipe reline. They did an excellent job. Very friendly & professional.The best plumbing repair we have had ( we are in our 70s ) Well done fellas.

Clayton did a wonderful job installing a new laundry tap. My old one was leaking and had to be replaced. Clayton had amazing problem solving skills, as the job was not as straight forward as we thought. The old tap was not installed properly by the previous owner and Clayton managed to install a new tap with no complications! He also showed me where my water valve is (it was hidden underground and was not very easy to find) and educated me on what to do in case of an emergency. He is very knowledgeable about his craft and already recommended him to my neighbour! Overall, it was a really good experience and I’m very pleased with the work!
