Wow, I'm impressed. Had Brock come out to look at some plumbing issues I had, and he'd already done his research, had a map of the plumbing of my place and had a good idea of what was going on. He explained everything really clearly and I could follow what he was doing and why as he efficiently diagnosed my problem- which actually turned out to be SA Water's problem, not mine! He rung them for me and even explained what to expect from them which I appreciate, otherwise I probably would have started worrying about weird sounds coming from my drains. He was efficient, competent, friendly and professional, and the icing on the cake is that he even noticed my shoes at the door and took his shoes off before coming inside.

This is not the first time that i have used the services of Precise Plumbing, but it is the first time that i am posting a review for them. I had Tom who came out to my home to do a plumbing job yesterday, which i was concerned about. Tom explained to me what he was doing and at each stage of the job that he completed. He presented me with a few options and prices to continue the job further and what would need to be done. Tom was very professional and explained things very well to me.I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone to use the services of Precise Plumbing & Electrical for any job they needed done.This company has very strong ethics and works in a very ethical manner. They cleaned up after installation and went through and explained how to operate the fans and lights. They also, installed a smoke detector in the hallway.They were professional and made me feel like a highly valued customer.
