I've used Precise Plumbing and Electrical for several jobs now. Wiring and switchboard upgrade to fix circuits tripping, Gas Heater service, Install new toilet, Install new Kitchen mixer tap and today fixing a storm water pipe I'd accidently put a hole in when digging in my garden. Every job they've done for me has been 5 star. They do a quality job every time and I've never had to call them back. They are neat, tidy, and clean up after themselves. The workers are pleasant, easy to talk to, happy to answer questions and helpful. They provide a quote up front so you know what it's going to cost. They don't waste time to push the price up, which has happened to me with another company. They provide an window of time when they expect to arrive, call when they are on their way, and arrive on time. I'll keep using them, and happily recommend them to family and friends.

Had Matt and Alex out in the heat to do numerous jobs in the bathroom. Despite the 40 degree heat they kept going for two days. The work was completed to a high level. They left the area lovely and clean. Matt and Alex are great guys. Well done chaps.

Had Brock attended our home to fix an irrigation system leak, problem was identified and sorted promptly. We have been using the Precise team for several years now and their customer service is always first class.

I had a plumber also named Martin visit to fix a leaking shower and now it works just like a brand new one. Fantastic service.

George attended my house and advised me the drain blockage is more than likely on the SA Water end, he sorted everything by calling them and got them to fix the issue with no cost to me, that's what I call service, next time I need a plumber I will be calling Precise, 100% recommend these guys!

Clayton arrived on time, providing a courtesy call 15 mins before his arrival. Clayton clearly explained the requirements of the job and talked through the problem solving necessary. The outcome was a very professional job and a clean and tidy job site. I would highly recommend Clayton and Precise Plumbing.

Called Precise Plumbing with a toilet issue. They were fantastic. Clayton did an amazing job. It looks really great. I’m so glad to be rid of the old toilet. Never thought I’d be so thrilled about a new toilet 😂

Dailan came out to quote some electrical work I needed doing. He was very helpful with suggestions for what would work best for me. He left to pick up what was needed and returned promptly half hour later and with the help of Tom installed new ceiling lights, sensor Light and a fan as well as fixing some broken light switches. All done in less than three hours. Wonderful Service, top blokes. Thanks Dailan. I’ll be passing your names on to family and friends. Very happy.
