Tell us about your Plumbing or Electrical problem or even your renovation plans and what time and day you’d like us to attend.

We will call you when we are 30 minutes away from arriving at your property.

A Precise service person will arrive at your property, diagnose the problem and provide upfront, fixed priced options on how best to fix.

With your approval we will do the job.

We clean up after ourselves, leaving your property clean. We will then walk you through what work has been done.

We accept cash and credit card payments and provide a receipt on the spot.

After the job is complete, we welcome your feedback. We’re sure you’ll be satisfied!

It can be a challenge to find tradies leading up to Christmas; however, Dan sorted out a prompt re-connection of power following on from our renovations. We had a bunch of other electrical work done by Dailan and Lachy which was all done on time to a high standard.

Contacted Precise for an issue with a gas instant hot water system.They responded promptly with good communication and Clayton was very helpful.Although the issue ended up being a fault that self rectified, Clayton was thorough and had good advice for next steps should the fault return. Clayton did a wonderful job installing a new laundry tap. My old one was leaking and had to be replaced. Clayton had amazing problem solving skills, as the job was not as straight forward as we thought. The old tap was not installed properly by the previous owner and Clayton managed to install a new tap with no complications! He also showed me where my water valve is (it was hidden underground and was not very easy to find) and educated me on what to do in case of an emergency. He is very knowledgeable about his craft and already recommended him to my neighbour! Overall, it was a really good experience and I’m very pleased with the work!
