A big shout out to Clayton for a very friendly and professional job replacing our Bosch water heater with a Rinnai unit. The final product was neat, tidy and clean. This is the second time we’ve used Precise Plumbing couldn’t be happier with their work and will continue to use them as needed in the future. Excellent job Clayton.

We could not have been happier with the service provided by Precise Pluming & Electrical. The technician took the time to find a small problem with one of the wires that meant I did not have to replace my gas space heater. He was honest, polite, considerate and thorough and a credit to the company. Thank you.

I had all my smoke alarms replaced and the service man was very professional and polite. Unlike most tradies, they are really responsive and on time. He even cleaned my floor after installing the alarms.

It was such a pleasant surprise to find that in this day and age where everything seems to be so difficult to organise, you can still call an electrician when your power goes out and have someone attend and fix the problem all within a couple of hours of contacting them. Nice work Precise!

I recently had Dan from Precise Plumbing & Electrical come over to service my air conditioning unit, and he was excellent. I highly recommend Precise! Dan was punctual, friendly, professional, and very helpful. He explained that if I hadn’t serviced the air conditioner, a loose wire could have come off entirely, causing severe disruption to the unit. I was glad to have had this quick service done.

From the initial call to book a plumber to the completion of the plumbing work and payment process, Precise staff are professional, courteous and easy to deal with. I will continue to use Precise services without hesitation when the need arises.
