A big shout out to Clayton for a very friendly and professional job replacing our Bosch water heater with a Rinnai unit. The final product was neat, tidy and clean. This is the second time we’ve used Precise Plumbing couldn’t be happier with their work and will continue to use them as needed in the future. Excellent job Clayton.

We recently had to appoint a plumber to inspect dad’s gas leaks. They we’re very friendly and extremely helpful in solving the problem at my father’s house. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody that needs an honest opinion and quality works.

Another great job done by Precise yesterday to recommend & install flood lighting to our property overlooking a pool deck. Checked it out last night & it fits the bill perfectly, providing much needed illumination in all the right areas. Well done again to all concerned!

I had all my smoke alarms replaced and the service man was very professional and polite. Unlike most tradies, they are really responsive and on time. He even cleaned my floor after installing the alarms.

From the initial call to book a plumber to the completion of the plumbing work and payment process, Precise staff are professional, courteous and easy to deal with. I will continue to use Precise services without hesitation when the need arises.

I have made use of Precise Plumbing and Electrical Services recently, for both plumbing and electrical work. From the quoting process through to completion of the tasks at hand I could not fault the quality of the work or the work ethic of everyone involved. Thank you all.

Couldn’t recommend more highly. I had an issue after hours on a Friday evening – managed to get someone last minute to attend on their way home, with no after hours charge. Electrician identified further safety issues with the switchboard. Repairs completed that evening; timely, courteous and professional!

I just had Matt attend an emergency water issue that was caused by other contractors breaking the pipes, this morning (a Friday). […] He arrived promptly, he was incredibly polite and explained everything […] so I understood. […] He got my water back on, which is more important than I can put into words […] Matt saved us a lot of stress.

Luke G was very thorough, accurate, efficient and hardworking. He installed over-head fans with lights. They cleaned up after installation and went through and explained how to operate the fans and lights.
