I had a bit of an emergency with my toilet leaking all over the bathroom floor. Called Precise Plumbing and it was fantastic. They came to the rescue quickly, and fixed it all up beautifully. The plumber, Clayton, was great. I really felt I could trust him, and it was proven that I could. Excellent plumber, and a lovely man. Even my dog loves him!

Clayton did a great job installing a new laundry tap after my old one started leaking. The job was trickier than expected, but his problem-solving skills were impressive. He also took the time to show me where my hidden water valve was and explained what to do in an emergency. Very knowledgeable and professional—I’ve already recommended him to my neighbour!

Calm under pressure, AVAILABLE when I’d been ringing around and panicking, had excellent knowledge and customer service and went above and beyond. Can’t thank them enough for helping me out - yay for upgraded systems, hot running water and flushing toilets!
