Very happy with Skef replacing our smoke alarms that had obviously reached their end of life and were going off sporadically. He prepared the quote on the spot and while I decided if I wanted 1 or all of them replaced he started work straight away.

Great service all round, right from our first phone call with Samantha, who arranged for Matthew to arrive first thing the next morning. Matthew was prompt with the morning call and arrived on time and was super friendly. He assessed the leaky hot water system and quoted on the spot for a replacement. He offered my mother-in-law several options and explained each thoroughly. Once the new system was chosen, Matthew and his team had it replaced within a few hours and removed all the old unit and left the site spotless. A special shout out to Tom the sparky as well for going above and beyond too. Many thanks Precision - we highly recommend your service to others!
