A big shout out to Clayton for a very friendly and professional job replacing our Bosch water heater with a Rinnai unit. The final product was neat, tidy and clean. George came out to inspect the issue and offer advice, and I couldn’t fault his professionalism and compassion. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about finding the best solution. Mitch attended to fix leaking tap. The water pressure was too high, so he had to replace valve in water meter, and he also replaced 3 taps. He was very pleasant and hardworking and would recommend him for future plumbing work.

It was such a pleasant surprise to find that in this day and age where everything seems to be so difficult to organise, you can still call an electrician when your power goes out and have someone attend and fix the problem all within a couple of hours of contacting them. Nice work Precise!
