Today 8/5/24 we contacted Precise in the morning and by noon Clayton the Plumber had arrived to attend to a number of issues we were experiencing. We could not fault his expert workmanship and speed at fixing with full explanations of the work undertaken. Luke G was very thorough, accurate, efficient and hardworking. He installed over-head fans with lights. They cleaned up after installation and went through and explained how to operate the fans and lights. They also, installed a smoke detector in the hallway.They were professional and made me feel like a highly valued customer. Clayton and Skef were very friendly, clean and efficient! Walked us through how to use our new appliances and sensor light. Tidied up behind themselves, Clayton even went as far as wiping away boot marks despite our floors needing mopping anyway!

Very happy with Brett’s work. We required a new shower head and leaking taps to be repaired and this was fixed quickly and efficiently. The price was also cheaper than another quote we received. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Precise Plumbing again in the future.

The electrician was very friendly and gave me a very good quote.with the go ahead the work was done fast and efficiently. I highly recommend precise plumbing and electrical Adelaide. I am very impressed with this service. I booked in to have my heater serviced . They gave me an early window of expected serviceman to arrive between 8am -12pm. The office then called to say that the person is still on another job and will be delayed. They apologised and said he should be there between 1-2pm. When Martin arrived he was very helpful explained exactly what needed to be done, quoted and fixed it. He was very thorough and cleaned up after his service. Will definitely be using this company again and I totally recommend them to anyone ! thank you

Amazing Martin thank you so much for the help you gave me today. You have saved me a lot of money which I have already forked out with Other plumbers 3 to be honest not doing a good service and following through they would just tell me to take the washes out of my shower-head or that my Pressure was too high and call someone else so thank you for fixing my issue for such a price very reasonable price.Martin came in turn my showers on and checked my gas box ran appropriate test and found out what the problem was. No more Issues with the shower going hot and cold for me specially with winter coming on.I definitely recommend this company for your plumbing services. 😊

We have Precise Plumbing & Electrical came out on 3 different occasions & each time always receive great customer service.We had Dailan out to install & replace 4 new LED downlights (inc. one of them was just a normal globe light & replaced with new LED downlight) as our existing downlights were playing up & also smaller in diameter. We are very happy with the results & these new LED downlights features 3 different lighting setting. Thankyou for recommending them, it certainly made the main kitchen & butler pantry so much brighter, we love it!Dailan was very polite, knowledgeable, helpful, answered all my questions, got on with the job and friendly service! Very impressed!Membership is fantastic! Ordered a new gas stovetop online, and called Precise P&E to let them know date of delivery. This morning the stovetop arrived and a few hours later Anthony showed up to install. Anthony was very knowledgeable and helpful, and left everything neat and tidy, (cleaner than before). Could not have wished for a better experience!
