Project Summary

For Dwain’s Gulfview Heights project, the focus was on updating the vanity area within an existing split-layout bathroom, where the shower and toilet were positioned separately. The goal was to create a more functional and refined vanity zone without reworking the entire bathroom footprint.

The finished space features a generous double vanity with clean white cabinetry, a warm timber benchtop and twin above-counter basins. Round mirrors soften the grey tiled backdrop, while brushed wall-mounted tapware keeps the benchtop clear and adds a polished, contemporary finish.
