Steak Magnet Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Competition: The Steak Magnet Giveaway invites you to take a photo of your perfectly cooked steak alongside your Precise Steak Magnet. Enter the draw for a chance to win a $100 voucher for a local butcher of your choice. The competition will run three (3) times consecutively, giving participants three chances to win.

Eligibility: The Steak & Magnet Giveaway is open to South Australian residents aged 18 and older. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of the organising company (“Precise Services”) and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter: To participate, entrants must:

a. Take a clear photograph of their steak alongside their Precise Steak Magnet.

b. Send the photograph to the mobile number attached to the letter/magnet.

c. Ensure that the photograph features both the magnet and the steak.

Prize: Three (3) winners will receive a voucher worth $100 to a local butcher of their choice. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives and is non-transferable.

Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from a random number generator from all valid entries received during the Participation Period. The winner will be notified via [email/phone/social media] once the winner is drawn.

Claiming the Prize: The winner must respond within 14 days of being notified to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the stipulated time will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner may be selected.

Rights to data: By participating in The Steak Giveaway, entrants grant Precise Services a royalty-free, non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, and display the submitted photographs and collect user data for promotional, marketing, and other purposes without further compensation.

Liability: Precise Services is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, errors, or other issues that may prevent entries from being received. Entrants agree to release Precise Services from any liability arising from participation in The Steak Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

Disqualification: Precise Services reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms & Conditions.

Privacy: Personal information collected during The Steak Giveaway will be used in accordance with Precise Service’s privacy policy and solely for the purpose of administering The Steak Giveaway.
